Every year I put together some little calendars of my children using calendar blanks from here. Abby has the loveliest mini-calendars I've seen on the web and they're always reasonably priced. (scroll all the way to the bottom of the page on her web site to view/order)

The holiday markings are especially sweet - Halloween has orange numbers and Valentines Day has a heart instead of a number. And all the Jewish Holidays are in blue numbers.
This year she added a clock to mark the start and end dates of Daylight Savings Time. Genius!
After I went to Squam last year, I made some special little calendars for my cabin-mates and one of my teachers. I made it with photographs that I'd taken at Squam Lake and for all the joy I had putting them together, I think they were equally appreciated.
Since I didn't go to Squam this year, but I often think of my roommates and fellow art campers, I made some custom art calendars to send to them this year instead.
Oh such fun!
I'm thinking some of these little images will make their way on to fabric, cards, etc. The possibilites seem endless and pleasing, indeed. Here's to a new year of continued inspiration and sharing!

Awesome - can't wait to put mine up! :) xo Sis
